Package Fees
AHA Insight’s fees for expert strategic facilitation support range from $50,000 – $85,000. This fee includes substantive discovery and issue preparation in accordance with the AHA Insight methodology, three structured design meetings with you and your team, early arrival for your event, facilitation, documentation to support your team’s summary report and next steps, and a post-offsite strategic debrief.
A minimum three-month advanced window is recommended for substantive planning and preparation with a high-stakes offsite (more runway is better). We recommended scheduling nine- to twelve months in advance to ensure your facility’s as well as Ms. Armstrong’s availability.
Our standard day rate for substantive teambuilding training and workshop delivery based on April Armstrong’s award-winning bestselling book, The Day One Executive: A Guidebook to Stand Out in Your Career Starting Now is $15,000. The standard half-day rate for a workshop lesson module is $8,500 and $6,000 for a quarter-day.
Hourly Fees:

Ms. Armstrong’s standard hourly corporate rate is $550/hour. For extended advisory/coaching/consulting engagements with a minimum 240-hour commitment, her standard hourly corporate rate is $375. Her hourly corporate rate for on-call retainer support or short-notice emergency/crisis engagement support is $800/hour (you will receive 24/7 priority access).
If Ms. Armstrong is unavailable for your workshop, she will arrange for you to meet up to three qualified coaches/facilitators who meet AHA Insight’s rigorous standards. Rates may vary based on the level of experience of the selected facilitator/coach, but will not exceed Ms. Armstrong’s published rates.
